This jig is designed for accurately placing round or square 100mm coasters in a laser engraver, ensuring each engraving is perfectly centered and aligned. 

The jig is intended for those creating batch custom coasters, allowing for consistent and efficient production of laser-engraved designs. 

Print Suggestions: Use a rigid filament like PLA or ABS for stability. Ensure your printer has adequate calibration to maintain the precision necessary for accurate coaster alignment.

Assembly Instructions: Once printed, the jig requires no assembly. Simply place in your laser engraver and use the alignment cross in the middle of the jig for quickly setting up.

Engraver Software Setup: You will need to create a template in you engraving software. I have added the Jig Dimensions in one of the images so you can build a template in Lightburn or what ever software you use for your engraver. I would group the circles and squares separately so you can snap to center on the outline and it is perfect every time.
