Part of my dusty old pelonis fan broke during a move. Still wanted the fan and figured printing a replacement piece wouldn't be too hard. Got this modeled in a few minutes and printed some test pieces in PLA. Got a piece to fit and stuck it on there, if it ever breaks again I might try ASA but it has held up for a few days now just fine. 

I printed with some supports but they weren't too hard to remove. Did the bottom half at 0.3 layer height and the threads at 0.12 for better threads.

Feel free to comment with any recommendations on how to improve it, does the job for me though :)
