Clean up your 3D prints with the ultimate, fully 3D-printed Ergonomic Deburring Tool Handle. Designed specifically for makers, this functional utility tool solves the two biggest frustrations of standard handles: tedious blade swaps and lost replacement blades.

Featuring a rugged, fluted grip for excellent leverage, this print-in-place style assembly requires zero support material and provides a solid, heavy-duty feel in the hand.

Key Features

  • Split-Collet Quick Swap: The threaded blade holder at the tip is cleverly split down the middle. Simply untwist the collar slightly to open the seat, drop in a new blade, and tighten it back down. No tools or aggressive forcing required.
  • Integrated Tail Cap Storage: The textured, removable tail cap unscrews to reveal a hollow internal storage compartment. It is precisely sized to fit up to 10 spare blades, ensuring you always have a fresh edge ready to go. This has the added benefit of providing a weightier handle, making this feel like an even higher quality tool.
  • Anti-Roll Ergonomics: The ribbed body provides a non-slip grip during heavy use and stops the tool from rolling off your workbench.

Blade Compatibility

This model is designed and optimized for standard swivel deburring blades. It is fully compatible with BS1010 S10 blades (and similar variants), such as these widely available Amazon Replacement Blades.

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings

  • Orientation: Print all parts vertically (threads facing up).
  • Material: PLA, PLA+, or PETG (PETG/PLA+ recommended for the split collet for extra durability, but may not be required.).
  • Infill/Walls: Use settings included in the 3mf file for best results.
  • Support: Use settings included in the 3mf file. Does use a brim for sanity, but this may not be required if you have your printer dialed.

Requires one, but can store up to 10. I used these ones in particular, they're cheap and come with a metal handle. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DW3S6BN3?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_product_details
