This is the 3D printing tool you may not have realised you needed.

Designed as a combination of a small scraper and cleaning brush tool for 3D printers and makers, it also functions as a general scrubbing or cleaning brush accessory. The V-shaped bristle pattern is ideal for reaching into corners and is essential for cleaning makes and prints.

The brush can be rotated to use the other end as a convenient build plate scraper or prying tool.

Printing suggestion:

Print with PETG at a 0.2mm layer height. Do not use support, but you can add brims if you require additional bed adhesion.

Use 15 to 20% infill with two wall loops and five top and bottom layers.

Allow the print and build plate to cool before removing the model from the plate.

I printed the model in two colours, but you can print it in a single colour if you prefer.

I suggest using the included slice (*.3mf) file for an easy and worry-free print. The slice file is pre-set with all the required settings for a successful print in multiple colours (PETG).

The slice file also includes a bonus bristle test (bridging) part. This will allow you to test if your printer is calibrated correctly to print the bridging required for the fine bristle hair.

Post-print:

The end of the bristle section has a support block.

The block has a V-shaped channel, intended to act as a cutting guide.

Cut along the V-shape on either side to release the bristles. You should end up with a V-shaped bristle head.
