This is a guinea pig (or any other small animal) bottle holder. It is entirely 3d printed, but will have to be glued to avoid supports, according to the photos above. The model has to be glued, with the smaller and bigger rings on the main rod, and the hook on the back, to hang on a guinea pig (or other animal) cage.
