LayerLogic Pro is a browser-based STL generator that creates a custom window vent panel system sized exactly to your window measurements. Enter your window width, height, channel dimensions, and AC hose diameter — the tool generates all STL files ready to slice at 100% scale. No CAD software needed.

WHAT YOU GET

- Left + right end caps — side tabs slide into vertical window channels

- Vent panel with 93.8mm spigot collar — slide AC hose over and clamp

- Vent face style: Open (hose only), Mesh (built-in grid, insect + debris filter), or Louvre (built-in angled slats, rain + sun deflection) — select before generating, no separate insert to print

- Middle filler panels scaled to your exact window width

- Biscuit joint tabs lock all panels together — (number of panels − 1) × 2 tabs needed

- Top U-channel (window lowers in) + bottom channel tabs (drop into sill)

- Full print guide PDF included — assembly diagrams, bed orientations, settings reference

Material: ASA recommended. PETG also works.

Layer height: 0.28mm · Walls: 3 · Infill: 6% Cubic · Infill line width: 0.7mm

Supports: Tree (auto), build plate only · Brim: recommended for ASA/ABS

PRINT ORIENTATION

End caps + middle panels: Stand upright — U-channel at top, bottom tabs pointing down into bed. Supports on bottom tabs only.

Vent panel: Lay flat, collar facing UP, mesh/louvre face also faces up. Supports on collar bore and bottom tabs.

ASSEMBLY

1. Slide panels together — biscuit tabs lock faces at two heights

2. Drop bottom tabs into window sill horizontal channel

3. Slide end cap side tabs into vertical window channels

4. Lower window down onto top U-channel across all panels

5. Slide AC hose over vent collar — tighten hose clamp

WHAT TO MEASURE

- Total window width

- Channel slot width (vertical + horizontal guide channels)

- Frame height and panel depth

- AC hose valley OD — measure across the grooves, not the peaks
