When applicable, the image shows a commercially available 5‑way duct adapter for smoke exhaust systems, featuring a 100 mm inlet that connects to four 50 mm outlets.
(1) After connecting the 100 mm adapter to the exhaust fan, if the assembly is mounted horizontally, it will remain securely in place without needing additional tape—though if you install it vertically as I did, we recommend wrapping the connections with adhesive tape for extra reinforcement.
(2) The four 50 mm adapters are positioned quite tightly together; we recommend opting for the blue flexible tubing shown in the image—it’s much easier to assemble and install.
(3) We suggest using PETG for printing—no support structures are required.
