🔧✨ My SD/Micro SD card reader lost its original case, so I designed a new one to keep it safe and functional.
I printed it in natural translucent PLA, which makes the reading LED easy to see. I also added ventilation grills on the top and bottom to keep it cool.

Assembly details:

  • Heated the top case to mold it around the LED.
  • Fixed the board with just a drop of hot glue on each corner.

📐 Print settings:

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Infill: 15%
  • Temperatures: 210 °C nozzle / 60 °C bed
  • No supports required
