Not long ago, I purchased a 65W PD module on Taobao. After soldering the DC connector, I used the bare board for a few days—then crafted a custom enclosure to protect both the cable and the board, helping to prevent accidental damage.

(I’m not sure about the ripple performance yet, but so far it’s been working pretty well for me, and it’s also quite affordable.)

 

The board measures 24mm × 18mm.

This enclosure is designed exclusively for this board.
