When developing the FNT platesholder for the Elegoo Centauri Carbon printer, I wanted to ensure compatibility with the rubber AntiVibration feet from Bambulab, so I created an adapter that works great. In addition, Elegoo had these feet unavailable for a long time, so it was an ideal opportunity.

Quick Start (3 steps)

1. Remove the original feet.
2. Slide the Bambu Lab Anti-Vibration foot into the adapter until fully seated.
3. Place the printed pad, then fasten the adapter (with the Anti-Vibration foot) using the screw. Done.

Detailed Instructions (Safe & Easy)

You’ll need:

• Phillips screwdriver
• 4× adapters
• 4× Bambu Lab Anti-Vibration feet
• 4× printed pads
• The original screws (from the Centauri feet)

1. Remove the top glass from the printer.
2. Lay the printer on its left side (this side has no connectors or filament holder).
3. Unscrew all four original feet, one at a time.
4. Insert the Bambu Lab Anti-Vibration foot into the adapter. It should fit tightly; a firm push at the end is normal.
5. Take the screw from a Centauri foot and slide the printed pad onto it in the orientation shown in the reference photo.
6. Insert the screw with the washer into the prepared foot so the screw tip sticks out slightly from the adapter body.
7. Fit the foot assembly into the printer’s mounting hole. Gently rotate the foot to find the alignment so the adapter seats fully.
   • Watch the foot nearest the display: a flat cable may be inside the hole. Carefully move it aside so it isn’t pinched or damaged.
8. Tighten all four feet with the screwdriver. That’s it. 🙂

Tips

• If insertion feels too tight, double-check the adapter is straight and the foot is pushed fully home before tightening.

Safety & Care

• Keep cables clear of mounting holes.
• Do not overtighten screws; snug is enough.
• Handle the glass top carefully to avoid chips or cracks.
