After purchasing the Elegoo Phecda, I encountered unpleasant smells at home and inconsistent cutting results. Despite these issues, the device remains highly precise and operates exceptionally well. Consequently, I decided to create a case for the laser. Here’s the result, and I’m quite happy with it, so I share the design files here for anyone having the same idea.

 

The wooden base enhances stability and enables the alignment of a 400x400 honeycomb base. 3D printed bases allow the case to be closed using wooden plates. 3D printed top piles enable the system to be closed using acrylic plastic sheets (I had them manufactured externally, which wasn’t too expensive). A magnetic adapter on the top allows for ventilation connection. A hole in the base allows for another ventilation to connect to the bottom of the case.
