In the print settings configured by @wwxCHRG, a 7.5mm hole was added to the bottom, which can be used as a decorative vinyl record weight. We recommend printing in matte black and silk gold for optimal results.

I used R3D PLA Matte Black and Caiduo Wu PLA SILK 99 Pure Gold as my materials.

Since the profile cannot include my specific material settings, I’ve configured it to match Topaz’s recommended settings for these filaments.

Additional Notes:

1. Adjust the print temperature for your filament to a consistent 220°C (or the temperature best suited for your specific filament) to minimize wasted time during heating and cooling cycles.
2. I set the outer wall print speed to 30—this setting produces the finest silk‑like surface finish. If you’re not using Silk filament, feel free to revert the speed back to the default setting.
3. Be sure to calibrate and dry the materials you plan to use—no one wants to risk ruining a print that took over 19 hours to complete!
4. Clean the build plate and apply a thin coat of adhesive spray to prevent support structures from collapsing and potentially damaging the entire print.

5. Use a external bamboo spool holder instead of a mounted bamboo spool basket—after more than 200 color changes, the basket will quickly fill up with filament waste, leading to clogs and material jams.
