  • vibration dampener feet

A simple model for vibration dampening designed to fit the feet of the Centauri carbon.

I adjusted the original design to fit the Elegoo Centauri carbon. In addition, the original model had a full curve on the bottom which resulted in slow movement of the CC across the desk. Thus, I flattened the bottom and added screw holes for rubber non-slip feet. I orient them diagonally to the sides of the printer (which results in opposite corners being parallel and adjacent corners being perpendicular) to even out vibration dampening in all directions.

Printed in PETG. No supports are needed if it is printed on its side.

Potentially, if you do not have or do not want to buy rubber nonstick feet, you could also print a simple rectangular shoe in TPU to wrap around the foot base instead of buying rubber nonstick feet to prevent it from slipping/moving.

Nocturnal Omen was kind enough to design the rectangular shoe in TPU for this model. Thanks Nocturnal Omen!
