This model consists of two parts:
- the flower pot
- a water reservoir
The flower pot is loosely placed on top of the water reservoir. The distance between the bottom of the reservoir and the lower edge of the pot is 1.5 mm. The bottom of the flower pot itself is 3 mm high. This results in an ideal water level of approximately 4.5 to 7 mm, ensuring a constant moisture supply for the plants.
Filling the Reservoir:
Water can be added in two ways:
- through the side slats
- directly when watering the plants — any excess water will automatically drain into the reservoir
This enables simple and effective self-watering.
