Settings:

Use Arachne wall generator for the chest piece and print on a smooth PEI sheet with one wall on first layer for best results.

For the lightsaber, I had issues printing it, so I slowed the outer wall down to 40mm/s, used 5 bottom layers, a 10mm brim and 0.05mm distance between object and brim.  Also turn on scarf wall and put the seams in the back.  2 walls gives it a good color.  I also upped the bed temp for this to be 55C on the first layer and 60C for the remainder.

Other notes:

The eSUN brown is used for the skin and the Bambu dark chocolate is used for the belt color on the chest piece.  The Elegoo beige is used for the undershirt on the chest piece.  Polyterra peanut is used for the robes.

Normal grid supports for anything that needs supports.
