LDO filament sensor for Sailfin extruder (mirror)

I have made a new support for the LDO pcb of the orbiter filament sensor so I can mount this fantastic sensor on the mirror version sailfin extruder

Commercial components

• 1 unit - Orbiter filament sensor V1.5
• 1 unit - Screw DIN 7380 M3x6
• 2 units - Screw DIN 7380 M3x22 (The screws come with the sensor are too short)
• 25mm - PTFE OD4 ID2

The printing part are designed to 0.4 nozzle, Infill should not be less than 20%, recomended 25-30%

The stl are shared in the correct position for best printing without supports

The hole marked in red are covered in the impression for a better quality of the hole, we must remove the material with a small drill (3-3.2 mm)

Note: Check if the filament passes freely through the sensor, if not, pass a small 2mm drill bit.

Assembly instructions

1. Place the sensor ball

2. Assemble the PCB board

3. Fix the sensor plate with the clip and screw

4. Place the ptfe tube (25mm)

5. Assemble the filament sensor on the Sailfin

5. Fix the sensor with the two M3x22 screws
