Fits on stock 4020 blower fan. Secure with a small dab of super glue or hot glue, or nothing at all if it clips in snugly and you feel brave.
Print with the angled part of the plenum on the bed for no supports, if your printer can do a 45 degree overhang.
EDIT: Apparently the STL has some gaps for some people. It sliced fine for me in Prusa Slicer. You may need to run it through meshmixer or MS 3D Builder.
