Took the head from RetroPixles Jack Skellington and created a candle mold. Printed and tested in ABS, should work with PLA but word is the detail is not as good. You'll need to tap one side, I use 6mm Bolts to tie it together, whatever works for you. Please do some research on making candles, you'll need a good release agent. When you pull the mold apart pull open the back and hinge from the front or you will tear the area between his eyes. Enjoy!
