Adapter for the first generation Nest doorbell.
It let the camera point a bit down for better vision. Also it is better possible to stick the doorbell on the door with double sided tape.
Remix of @brent_atkinson adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6117603) filled up the top part.
