  • RAMPS Enclosure

This is sort of a remix of Dasaki RAMPS case. It was completely re-drawn with added graphical display and RJ-45 connectors for easy stepper connections. The size is increased for extra room for the cabling. It also can accommodate standard and clone MEGA 2560 boards (they differ in USB and power connector placement).

The display piece needs to be rotated in Slicer software and placed flat face down. Two files of display are provided - with and without supports.

The base has two versions - V1 with only one M3 securing sscrew. V2 - with two M3 screws. I did not print V2 myself. Let me know if issues are found.

Hardware required:

M3x10 - 6 pcs (Fan panel and display mount)
M3x12 - 2 ( connector panel mount)
M3x20 - 8 pcs (fans mounts)
M3 nuts ...

RJ45 - Keystone connctors

SKP files are provided for convenience.

Printed with PLA+ at 215C. Nozzle - 0.4. Infill 50%. Button infill - 100%.
