Miniature, disassemblable bicycle.
Assembly requires the use of glue to secure the three components of each wheel—hub, rim, and tire—as well as the saddle. Two M2.5 or M3 screws, 20 mm in length, are needed to attach the wheels to the bike. One M2.5 or M3 screw, 15 mm long, is used to fasten the fork to the frame, while a 3 mm–diameter, 50 mm–long rod serves as the handlebar.
1. First, we carefully deburr the holes with a file to ensure the screws fit snugly—and smooth the handlebar edges without over‑deburring, so that it can still thread properly.
2. Next, we glue the saddle securely to the frame.
3. We then mount the fork onto the frame using the screw and verify that the handlebar rotates freely.
4. We assemble the wheels by attaching their three components and apply a small amount of adhesive.
5. Finally, we install the wheels on the bike—and that’s it!
Optional: You can add paint for an even more polished finish.
