I could not find the original stylus for my Sanyo turntable (ST-G7) so I bought the cheapest stylus I could find on aliexpress (https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_c3zaEhLh also available on amazon https://amzn.to/4tmy2PI) and made this mounting bracket for it, it is a bit tight but it worked like a charm

 

It requires 2x M2 threaded inserts and 2x M2 screws.
