Printing Requirements & Configuration
This model is specially optimized for FDM 3D printing, with stable structure, high compatibility, and extremely high printing success rate. It supports 1.75mm PLA and PETG filaments, which are safe, environmentally friendly, and easy to print. The recommended layer height is 0.15mm to 0.20mm, balancing delicate surface details and efficient printing speed. The recommended printing speed is 40mm/s to 60mm/s, with the outer wall set to 30mm/s to 40mm/s for sharper outlines. The nozzle temperature ranges from 190℃ to 210℃ for PLA and 220℃ to 240℃ for PETG. The heated bed temperature should be set to 50℃ to 60℃ for PLA and 70℃ to 80℃ for PETG. A 15% to 20% infill is recommended to maintain proper strength while saving material and reducing weight.
Special Printing Configuration
1. Skirt: The skirt function is completely unnecessary for this model. The wide, flat base provides sufficient stability during printing. Disabling the skirt will make the model’s outline cleaner, more precise, and more aesthetically pleasing.
2. Glue: No glue, adhesive tape, or any auxiliary adhesion materials are needed. The large contact area of the base ensures firm adsorption on the heated bed, effectively preventing warping, shifting, or falling off during printing, while avoiding unsightly residue on the model bottom.
3. Support: No support structures are required at all. The entire model is designed with self-supporting angles and optimized overhangs. All parts can be formed smoothly without supports, avoiding scratches, breaks, or surface damage caused by support removal, keeping the finished model intact and delicate.
Assembly Instructions
The Sprout Cabbage Bird is designed as a one-piece integrated model, requiring no assembly at all. There are no separate parts, magnets, screws, or splicing structures. After printing is completed, users only need to simply clean up tiny floating strings or base residue. No complex post-processing, grinding, or bonding is needed. The model can be directly used for desktop display, home decoration, creative gifts, or personal collection. It is extremely friendly for 3D printing beginners and experienced makers alike.
