This time, I’ve created a Minecraft diamond sword. For the same reason I fell in love with Minecraft—my daughter wanted the in-game weapon but couldn’t find a prop sword that both captured the original design faithfully and was safe to handle without cutting her hands. So I decided to take matters into my own hands.
I carefully chamfered the handle, which doesn’t compromise the sword’s aesthetic fidelity while significantly improving its ergonomic feel. Now my daughter can play with it without worrying about accidentally cutting herself or getting hurt by sharp edges.
PS: I also incorporated segmented grooves across the blade, making it incredibly easy to apply multi‑color coatings—feel free to customize it however you like!
