🛠️ Print Settings & Recommendations

Just like the rest of the crew, Carl is optimized to be a seamless print-in-place model requiring absolutely zero supports.

• Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm (lower layers will yield a smoother spin right off the bed).
• Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid or Grid work great).
• Walls/Perimeters: 3 walls for solid durability when dropped or vigorously fidgeted with.
• Supports: NO supports required! The internal cavity is fully optimized for bridging.
• Material: PLA (A vibrant matte orange, silk orange, or even a classic red like the prototype!).
