This is a Fairy wand / pointer and holder combo. It can function as a toy, as a cosplay prop, or simply as a shelf decoration.

Wand is 247mm L, 20mm base , and a 30mm x 5mm star. 

Base is 31.5mm W x 100mm L x 100mm H

The Heart is 9mm x 10mm x 2.5mm and can be embossed with an initial at 3-7mm character height when centered.
