Here is a little tea light holding monster that can be screwed strait to the wall. I have included a painted 3mf file however, you could opt to print it in a single color and hand paint. Saves you about 70g of filament. (print is only 30g w/ single color)

Intended to be mounted using #8 drywall screws, but the holes should accommodate any mounting screws or nails you have hanging around.
