Build professional custom Lithium-Ion battery packs with these precision spacers. This set focuses on linear strips (1 cell wide) ranging from 2 to 7 cells in length.

Smart Octagonal Design: Unlike standard round holders, these feature an octagonal (8-sided) profile for each cell. When arranged in a square grid, this geometry intentionally creates gaps between the cells.

  • Wire Routing: Provides clear channels to run BMS wires or balance leads between the batteries.
  • Airflow: Improves cooling by allowing air to circulate between cells.

The Set Includes:

  • 1x2
  • 1x3
  • 1x4
  • 1x5
  • 1x6
  • 1x7

Printing Instructions:

  • Material: ABS, ASA, or PETG are highly recommended for battery packs due to their heat resistance. PLA is only suitable for low-power applications where the batteries won't get hot.
  • Fit: Designed for a snug friction fit. Depending on your printer's flow rate, you might need to scale X/Y slightly (+/- 0.5%) for the perfect snap.
