I refused to buy a new clothes dryer rack just because the plastic guide broke. Instead, I got to work and recreated the same plastic part that had snapped. If you have a similar clothes dryer rack and find yourself in the same situation, you don’t need to go to the store to buy a new one. 

I printed mine in PLA(Devil Design). 

My print settings were: 

• layer height 0.2 mm
• nozzle diameter 0.4 mm
• infill 40%
• walls 4
• Walls printing order Inner/Outer/Inner
• Outer wall speed 50 mm/s
• Inner wall 50 mm/s
• Small perimeters percentage speed 60%
• Support Tree(auto)

I oriented the part vertically on the bed, as shown in the picture, to increase the strength of the guide clips in the direction they need to snap onto the clothes dryer rack.
