This model is an expansion of my high-density battery holder collection. It is designed specifically to hold 11 cells in a space-saving staggered configuration (6+5 layout).

By nesting the second row of 5 cells between the first row of 6, this holder significantly reduces the width of the battery block compared to a standard rectangular grid. It is ideal for building odd-numbered parallel groups (e.g., 11p) or custom shapes for e-bike triangles.

  • Robust Design: The triangular interlocking geometry provides excellent structural rigidity.

Printing Instructions:

  • Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA are strongly recommended for heat resistance. PLA is not advised for battery packs.
  • Supports: None required.
  • Walls: 2-3 perimeters for strength.
