Mech-Arm: Modular Accessories 🦾
Mech-Arm is a system of modular mounts designed for practical desk organization. All parts use a standard connection interface, making it easy to swap modules or combine them with other elements of the Mech-Arm ecosystem.
This set includes basic modules for your phone and headphones, designed for reliable performance and ease of printing.
🛠 Included Modules
1. MagSafe Holder
A simple mount designed to hold your iPhone securely using the official MagSafe charger.
- The viewing angle is fixed at 15°, which is optimal for FaceID recognition and checking notifications. The final angle can be further adjusted using the arm's joints.
- The 56.2 mm socket is precisely sized for a snug fit with the original Apple MagSafe charger.
- Features integrated slots for TPU inserts to provide grip and protect the smartphone body from scratches.

2. Headphone Hanger
A lightweight truss-style stand for full-size headsets.
- The 50 mm wide platform is broad enough to support most headphone models without leaving marks on the headband.
- Includes replaceable TPU pads that act as a soft cushion to protect the headset's materials.
- The module installs directly onto any standard 20 mm system axis.

🔗 Compatibility
The system is built around a standard 20 mm axis interface, allowing you to freely move and combine modules throughout the entire ecosystem. This ensures full compatibility with standard Mech-Arm swivel links, desk clamps, and bases. The 20 mm standard also provides seamless integration with existing modules in the collection, such as holders for tablets, phones, and lamps. All connections are secured using the system's built-in fasteners without the need for additional hardware.
🏗 Printing Recommendations
For the best results, we recommend using durable materials and the following settings:
- Materials: PLA tested, use PETG, ABS, or ASA for the main frames to ensure long-term durability. For the protective inserts, TPU (95A hardness) is recommended for the best grip.
- Layer Height & Walls: A 0.2 mm layer height with 3–4 wall lines is ideal to ensure the rigidity of the mounting ring and joint connections.
- Infill: 15–20% using a Gyroid pattern provides uniform strength throughout the parts.
- Supports: Only minimal Tree Supports are needed, specifically for the internal 20 mm mounting bore.
🔧 Quick Assembly Guide
- Press the TPU inserts into the corresponding slots until they are flush.
- Install the MagSafe charger into the socket and lead the cable through the rear management clips.
- Slide the module onto any 20 mm Mech-Arm axis.
- Secure the module in place using the system's standard mounting hardware.
