Filing Jig For Needle Files and Full Size
 

 

When using my needle files post processing some of my 3D prints, I realized I wanted a way to be more consistent with the angles in play. So I took a few quick measurements and spent a silly bit of time working this model out.

a 45 degree and 90 degree angle for both the needle file(3mm/.12inch) and full-size file (15mm/.9inch).

It's not fancy, but it was a good starting point at least for me. I hope it is at least a little helpful for someone else.
