I wanted a basic organizer for my USB dongles to keep them in one place, without being a bulky desk organizer. So I created this simple model for my specific needs to hold 5 USB C plugs, 1 USB micro, and also 1 HDMI mini to HDMI dongle.

I've included the Autodesk Fusion 360 .3df file that can be used to create a customized model with different port combinations.

Printed with a 0.2mm layer height without top and bottom layers so the infill shows through. The included .3mf is configured for PrusaSlicer Honeycomb 25% with a 90º fill angle.
