ive modeled this north star design to be a christmas tree topper. the renders show coloured ‘seams’ these are slightly raised, i think by 0.25mm, and i have rendered them in gold here as that is what i am painting them. it is currently in the process of being painted, hence no pictures of the final print. the design itself is made to fit diagonally on the print bed of the centauri carbon, with the longer axis running from front left to back right of the print bed to avoid the cutting area front right. i printed it flat on its back using tree supports. this is almost certainly not the most efficient way but worked fine. the hole in the back for the top of your tree is 30mm in diameter. i might be able to make changes if anyone has specific requests. i printed it in red sparkle pla and it looks great.
