While I was doing the maintenance on our Elegoo Centauri Carbon (ECC) for the first time, I looked over the different plateforms for way to simplify the maintenance… and in particular for way to prevent filament debris & dust to collect in the multiple recesses of the ECC 3d printer.

While I was finally able to find options for most obvious ECC recesses, I wasn't able to find anything to close the recesses on top of the lead vertical axes right & left of the printer.

I decided to design plugs to prevent collecting dust & filament debris,

and designed them so that they can easily be put in & plugged out.

Design takes into account the retraction of PETG to prevent small gaps to form. So they probably would no fit if you would decide to print them in PLA. If you want me to adapt diameters, offer me a coffee, and I will gladly adapt the model to your specific needs.

This model works for both ECC  1 & 2 models
