The one in the picture (The one I printed) has a different size hole, as it's a test print. But don't worry, the 3D model has a perfectly sized hole for a keychain. The dimensions are 50mm by 78mm and 2.5mm thick.
 

Print Settings:

• Nozzle Temp - 220 (Silk+ PLA)
• Bed Temp - 60 (Silk+ PLA)
• Layer Height - 0.16/0.2mm
• walls/shells/perimeter - 2-3
• Infill - 10%
• Adhesion - Skirt/None

Using glue is a safe option if your printer bed has problems with adhesion
