The swing anti-scratch cover is designed to protect metal surfaces from scratches (screws and ensuring springs) and wear during usage. The cover forms a protective layer around the swinging elements, ensuring smooth operation and longevity.

Purpose

This model is a practical solution for shielding playground equipment like swings from scratch damage, adding to their durability, and maintaining aesthetics. It fits on swing leg with dimension 60 x 30 mm.

Printing Suggestions

Print with strong and flexible material such as PETG or ABS for resistance to weather and mechanical stress. A durable and somewhat flexible filament can help fit the cover snugly around metal rods.

Assembly Instructions

Slide the cover over the designated part of the swing, ensuring it's securely attached for optimal protection. Test its grip to ensure it remains in place during motion. Then use bolt with nut (15 mm long and 3 mm wide).
