The p1p height‑raising component features a minimalist design, eschewing unnecessary frills and focusing solely on practicality; the top sealing mechanism is fully enclosed with no openings. The model was created based on the p1p’s top contour, incorporating a custom sealing solution from online resources along with a rear‑print sealing design—this was my approach, but it turned out that not a single pre‑made solution on the web was compatible. So I ended up designing and printing it myself. This height‑raising piece effectively prevents the Teflon tubing from rubbing against the top cover. The top extension is crafted from 3mm‑thick acrylic, supported by acrylic brackets integrated into the top surface. The entire assembly is secured using 16 M3 × 10 screws with nuts, and the print time is estimated at around ten hours, split across two print jobs.
