I made this because the nebulizer device cannot stand vertically on its own while plugged in on a desk because my model nebulizer has the usb port on the bottom.  Laying the nebulizer on its side will cause the medicine to leak out.  You can use double-sided tape with this model to mount it vertically and get around these limitations.
