This is inspired some cupholder inserts I saw online. I didn't like their design, and I didn't to copy them, so I came up with my own design. It measures 2.75 inches in diameter and should fit the cupholder of the Ford Bronco.

I designed this to be printed in TPU; however, you could print it in any heat-tolerant material you choose. For personal preference, I recommend using a build plate with a pattern like diamond or iridescent stars, so it looks pretty on the bottom too. 

I don't have an AMS or the ability to do multicolor prints….yet. So this is set up for a single nozzle. I designed it so you can pause the print right after it finishes the outer rim of the cupholder and do a filament swap for a two-tone colorway. 

I'm probably going to try reprinting these in a matte TPU to see if I like that better. 

Recommended material: TPU

100% infill (You could probably do less, but it didn't really save any time or filament)

Print SLOWLY if using TPU. Other materials you can go faster obviously. 

Printed on a Centauri Carbon with Sunlu TPU (black) and Polymaker TPU (white). 

UPDATE: My OCD got the best of me, and I refined the design. I cleaned up the letters, stars, and the bronco, as well as the honeycomb texture behind it. I then added a second design that has a solid background around the letters. I'll reprint and post new pics soon.
