These files are for recreating Sokka's meteorite sword from Avatar the Last Airbender. All parts can be glued around a 3/16" dowel rod for stability. I recommend Behr hammered black spray paint for the blade, Golden brand iridescent gold deep acrylic paint for the gold bits, Golden brand raw umber to weather the gold bits, and matte brown acrylic paint for the hilt. I stippled the hilt with modge podge then weathered it with black acrylic paint to help give it a leather like texture.
