A reverse engineered wheel and wheel holder for the upper rack in IKEA dishwashers. The plastic, namely the plastic of the wheel holder, seems to deteriorate over time, with all the chemicals and temperature changes. 

I found a replacement part online, but it was really expensive, so i figured a printed ABS/ASA part would do the trick.

Print with fine layer height at low speeds, so the part comes off the printer as accurate as possible. Orient the wheel holder, as seen in the last two photos, and only support the tube that sticks out. This orientation brings the best strenght in the areas where it is necessary.

I printed it with polymaker ABS, with 5 perimeters and 60% infill. I had to use a brim as my prusa is not enclosed. It is not hard to cut the brim off with a fine blade.

To put the wheel holder on, simply pull the broken part off the rack and press on the new one, then put on the wheel, which usually lasts longer. If it should happen that you loose the wheels or they break, I modeled those too.d
