I couldn't find any DO NOT TOUCH signs on here that weren't asking kindly. So I made one with some COMIC relief. Always best to approach a situation in a nice manner. I hope this helps ward off those handsy type! ;)

Open the Text STL in Cura, face down and centered. Layer setting at 0.2mm. Save and import the Sign STL and centered it right over the first model on the bed. Delete the second model, save the sign with the same layer settings.

When you go to print, First print the text gcode one color. (Slower the better, try turning up the extrusion percentage.) Then swap filament colors and print the sign gcode. If you centered everything properly, it should print right around the first layer text and make one solid display in the end!
