Complete and tested conversion kit for the E3D Titan extruder on the Mendel90

Accomondates a 20mmx15mm radial fan for all you cooling needs :D

Printed the first version in Alloy910 and wasn't thrilled about the high elasticity. I did another run with PLA and ran with that for a time before I finally settled with some carbon fiber PLA

Update: Made cooling duct 1mm longer to better clear the hotend block, made cut in extruder mounting bracket larger for wiring with pin headers.
Update 2: Added real life pics of extruder
Update 3: created mounting point for fan on fan duct
Update 4: Small adjustment to some sizes, replaced some fillets to make for easier printing.
Update 5: Added Solidworks sources

The latest version of this titan carriage has been under heavy use for the past months and proved very successful.
Pleas note, that i wrapped my extruder in kapton with air pockets to avoid getting hit by deflected cooling air. Without that your temperature reading can momentarily fluctuate.
