ELEGOO Nozzle Kit - Gridfinity 2x1x6

After printing the hotend storage holders designed by Skratt, I wanted to continue in the same vein and organize my spare nozzles as well.

Not finding exactly what I was looking for, I decided to design my own model in Fusion 360. This project is, in fact, my very first model created from scratch.

Like many early projects, it went through several iterations:

• A functional V1, but with room for improvement in positioning.
• A V2 with dimensions adjusted after multiple trials and measurements using a caliper.
• A final V3 featuring optimized slots, entry chamfers, and integrated diameter markings.

The holder can store:

• Two 0.2 mm nozzles
• Two 0.4 mm nozzles
• Two 0.6 mm nozzles
• Two 0.8 mm nozzles

The slots were sized to secure the nozzles by their threads while allowing the nozzle tip to protrude slightly, making manual removal easy.
