Remixed @drewdz_280292 original model to make it a toolless design as well as add space for two 8x2mm magnets. I like to use the magnets from Bambu Lab as I find them to be quite strong.
Assembly is pretty straight forward. Insert the pins into the holes in the bottom case. Some force will be required as the tolerances are extremely tight to ensure a strong connection. I recommend puhsing the case down onto a flat surface to force them into position.
Once the pins are inserted flush with the case, orient the PI Zero 2W onto the pins and push it down. Then align the top case with the portruding pins and squeeze it closed.
