you will find the holder an the Hot shoe clip as separated in the files as stl and f3d. Mix and match them the way they fit your camera, as an exsample that worked for me take a look at the "upside down" version where you mount it with a 1/4" ANC (tripod screw) and a optional M5screw/any 5mm pin.
With my camera, I had a problem with the sassete slot opening againts the DVR and getting stuck there, since it didnt have the power to break the print, therefore I desoldered the button internaly, but there are probably better ways to do this
