Utility Knife (Trapezoidal Blade) - Elegoo Edition

I've designed a new version specifically for heavy-duty trapezoidal utility blades (commonly known as Stanley blades). This rugged, fully 3D-printable knife is perfect for tasks where you need the extra rigidity and strength that a solid trapezoidal blade provides.

This model features the striking ELEGOO branding, designed to be printed effortlessly in two colors with a simple layer pause.

🔩 Required Hardware:

• 1x Standard Trapezoidal Utility Blade (e.g., Stanley type).

🖨️ Printing Instructions:

• No Supports Required: All parts are designed to print flat on the build plate.
• Material: PETG or Tough PLA is highly recommended. The sliding carriage relies on a bit of flex to lock securely, and PETG provides the perfect balance of durability and flexibility.
• Multicolor Text: To get the highlighted logo effect without an AMS/MMU, simply add a "Pause at height" (color change) command in your slicer right before the top layers of the text start printing.
• Infill: 30-40% (Grid or Honeycomb) to give the knife a solid feel and prevent flexing.
• Walls/Perimeters: Use at least 4 wall loops for maximum strength, especially around the blade channel and the pins on the sliding carriage.
