After modelling the spool holder arm for Creality Hi and Sparkx I7, I was quickly asked to reproduce the guide for the filament and the PTFE tube. 

So here it is. It is a part that can be mounted on the original holder or on the replacement holder. The head allows the PTFE tube to rotate slightly to follow the printing movements, just like the original. 

To assemble it, you will need a Pneufit and two small M3x6mm screws. I’m going to add several thread sizes for the pneufit. Currently, you have an ISO 1/8'' thread.

Here is how to assemble the Guide. The M3 screw on the left of the picture should hold the Head through the body :
