Cooler is made by an old desktop motherboard chipset cooler (40x40x10mm) with threaded taps. There is still space for a 40mm fan that can be connected to the bridge rectifier output (if needed).
Screen wires were replaced by old computer flat cable, soldered directly to both boards.

I recommend you to glue the spacers to the main board, it will make your life easier :)
